Dr. Luis H. Medina-Garcia, MD, FIDSA
SNIDS Board President
Luis H. Medina-Garcia, MD, FIDSA is an Infectious Disease (ID) physician and the Medical Director for Telemedicine Services at University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the Founding President of the Southern Nevada Infectious Disease Society (SNIDS), established in 2020 during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic to create community amongst ID providers in the state and promote excellence in the practice of our specialty.

Dr. John O'Reilly
SNIDS Board Treasurer
Dr. O’Reilly is a board certified infectious disease specialist and internal medicine
physician. Dr. O’Reilly was introduced to the medical field when he served as a
combat medic for the US Army Reserve. He has practiced in Las
Vegas since 2021, where he serves on the board of the Southern Nevada
Infectious Disease Society. Dr. O’Reilly has a special interest in HIV care, NTM
infections, transplant ID, and tropical medicine.
